Musht: Latte

Yield: 10 fl. oz.

Description: Creamy, rich flavors packed with a jolt of functional benefits that will clear your mind and energize your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of Musht powder
  • 1 shot of espresso (or strong coffee)
  • 8 oz steamed milk (any variety)

Instructions:

  1. Begin by adding 1 tsp of Musht powder to the bottom of a serving cup.
  2. Brew a fresh shot of espresso and pour it over the Musht powder in the cup.
  3. Use a small whisk or spoon to thoroughly mix the Musht powder and espresso until fully dissolved.
  4. Steam the milk to between 150°F to 155°F, creating a smooth, velvety texture.
  5. Gently pour the steamed milk into the cup with the Musht-espresso mixture, holding back the foam with a spoon to top off the drink.
  6. Use a barista spoon to scoop a dollop of foam onto the top of the latte.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle a little Musht powder on top for garnish.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
